March's Class: Whiskey; A Lesson and Blind Tasting Exercise
Thursday // March 16th, 2017
7pm // $75 per person

How well do you know your favorite style of whiskey? Whether you're a connoisseur or just getting started on the journey, this class will broaden your knowledge. We are going to break down the differences in what makes various styles of whiskey unique from around the globe. We will cover brief history and production while breaking down where all the different flavors are derived from and why. After easing you in with a cocktail, we will next move into honing your palate and challenging you to a blind tasting as a group. Together we'll discuss the subtleties, side by side, of a range of differing whiskies of grain, region and aging. After everyone weighs in, the fun part is when we reveal what they are. Whoever fairs the best, gets a bottle as a prize!
A St. Paddy's Day Dinner will be served by the fantastic George Mosa, so come hungry and thirsty!

Space is limited to 40 people. Sign up online by clicking HERE or in store. Spots will be saved upon receipt of payment. In the event that you cannot attend, classes are refundable (if cancelled 48 hours prior to class time). Credits will no longer be offered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Wait list will be filled on a first come, first served manner.
